The Last Two Weeks

- Wow, its been forever since I've written in this. I've had the time, I'm just lazy. Well, since two weeks ago quite a bit has happened. The Utah game is still flowing through my blood. I LOVE football. I love it. And nothing beats college football. The pros are fun but it just doesn't matter as much. The fans don't care as much as the Broncos Washington game showed me. The fans in my section didn't stand up once and it was an amazing game worthy of a little standing up and cheering.

- I had an ok week of school. My tests scores slipped a little bit forcing me to learn how to study. I got homesick last weekend and went home for a day to visit. It was really good for me. I got to see all my family including getting to see Jessie go to Homecomming. Then, on Sunday, I went to church at MABC, something I miss A LOT. I got to see everybody and it felt like the good old days again. After getting my home fix I headed back up to Fort Collins and rocked another week of school improving my test grades and getting FINALLY caught up on my math. I had been steadily falling behind but about 8 hours of work got me back where I'm supposed to be. I even got to have a good time every day because we were sucessful in our goal of watching a movie every night of the week. Sometimes two a night. Thats a lot of movies.

- And then this weekend came, one of the best since I've been up here. All my friends went to a haunted house friday night which was soooo much fun. After we got back from that about 8 of us headed out in 50 degree weather to play sand volleyball. It was cold but fun nonetheless. As we were walking back Jeff and I decided it'd be fun to play basketball with my volleyball for about an hour or so. We all watched Saw after we got back which was really gorey and gross but not as much scary.

- Friday I woke up at 10:50 and left at 11 for tailgating at the Border War with our hated rivals Wyoming. It was a close game but in the end we rocked thier world and took home the Golden Boot, our rivalry trophy. Had we lost that game I would have been emensly upset and my entire two weeks would have been ruined. Good thing the Rams are 4-0 at home because me mood is becoming waaaay to connected to how they play in the football games. The high I get after a win is unexplainable though making it entirely worth it.

- On a less happy note Kristen is going to be in the hospital this entire week so I'm not going to get to talk to her and instead have to worry about how she is. She has these seizures where she blacks out for minutes at a time and just stares blankly ahead of her. Its scary. I don't like it a bit. Everyone please keep her in your prayers.

- So thats the last two weeks of my life.

Football Weekend

- Another fantastic weekend. Football weekend is what I'm christaning it. I watched Texas FINALLY beat Oklahoma, tailgated at Hughs before the CSU game, which, was INCREDIBLE. How many time will you see a defense stop an offense four straight times on the goal line to win it? Not often enough. I hung out with Kara that night which was fun and came back at two and hung out with Kayla and Nick till bout three. The Broncos game was on Sunday and me and Britney sat there and froze our butts off for the entire rainy cold game and still had a blast. I'm about to die of pnemonia though so I'm gonna go to bed and recover.

Takin it Easy

- A good and relaxed weekend leads into a good and relaxed week. Don't worry though. The balls gonna drop here in the next couple weeks when things suddenly get harder classwise. I joined an intermural volleyball team with Kim and some of her friends and I just hope I don't suck. Practicing with them is gonna take up the majority of my weeknights and then this weekend is officially football weekend. Gonna watch Texas spank OU Saturday morning on TV, then go to the CSU/Utah game on Saturday night followed by the Bronco's/Washington game on Sunday with the tickets I won. Can you say perfect weekend? I can. This is it. If only Kristen was here.
